Data Deletion

You own your data on SponsorMyStartup, and you can remove it whenever you like. There are two ways to delete your account and information.

Delete from account settings

Sign in, go to your account settings, and choose to delete your business and account. This is the fastest option and takes effect right away. You can also unpublish your page first if you only want to take it offline temporarily.

Request deletion by email

Prefer we handle it? Email our support team from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm and process the request. Reaching out from your account email helps us verify the request is really you.

What gets removed

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your business profile, description, and public page.
• Your wishlist items and any uploaded images (logo, cover, item photos).
• Your encrypted shipping address and the phone number used for the reveal gate.
• Your social and payment links stored with your profile.

A few notes

Because SponsorMyStartup never holds funds, there is no financial account to close — your payment providers and retailers are separate and unaffected. We may retain limited records where required by law or to resolve open safety reports, and cached copies may take a short time to clear.
